Refund policy

 

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for eligible items.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To start a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
After inspection, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.

Final Sale Items: For hygiene and authenticity reasons, perfumes and cosmetics that have been opened cannot be returned.

 

We have a 3-day replacement policy.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

●Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods
in the following cases:

-Makeup
-Creams
-Perfumes
-Personal care products

custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
●Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make 

●Replacement for Damaged or Defective Product

Only products that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced.

Clear photographs of the damage to the product and its packaging are required.

Photos must be submitted within 3 days of receipt.

Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

If photos proving the damage are not submitted, the replacement will not be  processed.

●Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for health or hygiene reasons.

Damage due to misuse, improper installation, or improper handling is not covered.
